Children's Programs

EOA Head Start & Early Head Start

EOA Head Start is a federally funded child development program designed to help break the cycle of poverty by providing infants and preschool children of low-income families with a comprehensive program to meet their emotional, social, nutritional, and psychological needs.

EOA Children's House

EOA Children’s House provides therapy and long-term care to abused children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. Working with families, Children’s House gives abused children the support they need through therapy, classes, meals, and daily care in a safe environment.

SafeCare

SafeCare Arkansas is a weekly home visiting program for families of children ages birth to five.
